1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, using, or installing the HabitTrack web application ("the Application"), you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, you should discontinue using the Application.
2. Free Personal License
HabitTrack is granted to you free of charge for personal self-improvement, productivity tracking, and organizational purposes. You may use the web app online or install it offline as a Progressive Web App (PWA).
3. Local Data Responsibility
Because HabitTrack operates exclusively offline without remote cloud servers, all your records are saved inside your device's browser IndexedDB.
- We do not possess or maintain backups of your habits or logs.
- Clearing browser storage or browsing in private/incognito mode will erase or fail to persist your logs.
- You are solely responsible for managing your device storage and browser data.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every browser version or operating system.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the authors or maintainers of HabitTrack be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use this software.
